Driven by design and art 🎭 , curious for everything fitness & finance 💵 , love taking photos 📷 and shuffling through new music 🥁

Originally from New Delhi, but Bangalore rains 🌧️ also feels like home. Over a decade ago, I discovered the world of user experience and design and that became a gateway drug in understanding how people interact with products. I enjoy meeting new people and having detailed discussions on array of topics. I like to absorb different perspectives and challenge myself as a thinker. This has shaped my career, allowed me to both learn and collaborate with others while working and travelling ✈️ across India, Europe and US.

When I'm not immersed in anything design, you'll find me pushing my limits in a workout session 🏋️ or perfecting my three-pointers on the basketball court 🏀. I enjoy watching war and thriller movies and can recommend a few. As a finance enthusiast , I love reading and discussing investment strategies and financial discipline 💸. Lately, I’m focusing on incorporating more moments of doing absolutely nothing into my day, and I'm eager to learn from anyone with insights into mindfulness. 😇

🙌 Personal Growth a s Designer

Having great mentors elevated my understanding of coaching and mentorship. Over last 7 years I have focused on binary discussions with my leaders to grow as a designer holistically. I now use the same framework for helping designers to own their career path. I strongly believe, high intent to grow helps individuals push boundaries and I hence I enjoy working in teams with shared goals.

🎤 Mentoring

I enjoy every bit of design conversations. I have often seen that I end up learning a thing or two from most meetings I do. Currently I am mentoring designers to lead within their current space. These conversations revolve around bringing value though design on operation, tactical and strategic front. I help designers with UX process and methodologies around research and testing. My recent goal is helping designers within enterprise teams to push for design balance.
